referred from your site, including repeat orders from the same customer. This
means you will receive commissions on all returning customers (who you
originally referred to us) for a period of 60 days! Commissions are paid on the
first of every month, for the previous month, on all accounts with $10,$20,or$30 you choose or more in outstanding commission.
Requirements: Our Referrer/Affiliate Program is only available to those
with their own web sites. You must be at least 18 years old.
Tracking: The customers you refer to us are tracked by through the use of
cookies. Any customer you send to us will be tracked for 60 days after the time
they are referred. That means if you refer a customer to our site and they
decide not to place an order until up to a 60 days later, you will still get the
commission from that sale. This includes repeat sales! We want to support
you as much as possible. The more money you make with us, the more you will
promote us.

1. Enrollment in the Network.
To begin the enrollment process, by clicking the link below We will notify you
of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your site, at any time, if we
determine (at our sole discretion) that it is unsuitable for the Affiliate
Network for any reason. As the owner/Operator of a site participating in the Sharktoothgifts Affiliate Network you agree not to incorporate any images
or content in said site including, but not limited to, images or content that is
in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or
racially, ethically or otherwise objectionable, such as sites that facilitate
illegal activity, depict sexually explicit images; are a credit repair site; are
bail bond companies; are investigative companies (i.e., private investigators);
are Attorneys (other than attorneys whose sole and exclusive practice is
collections); are News agencies or journalists; is any company or individual who
is known to have been involved in credit fraud or other unethical business
practices; promote violence; promote discrimination based on race, sex,
religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; promote illegal
activities or incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to
infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights
(collectively "Content Restrictions"). If we reject your application for any of
the above-mentioned reasons, you have the right to reapply to the Affiliate
Network at any time thereafter, if you have remedied the problem.
Commissions.
We will pay you a commission 10% for every qualified order you refer
to us, placed at Sharktoothgifts.com. You will earn 10% on products sold.
Reports of Sales.
You will be given a password and have the ability to enter a password
protected site to receive your sales statistics on a daily basis.
Responsibility for Your Site.
You will be solely responsible for
the development, operation and maintenance of your site and for all materials
that appear on your site. We shall have no responsibility for the development,
operation and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your
site. You hereby represent and warrant to us that materials posted on your site
do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including, for
example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary
rights), and that materials posted on your site are not libelous or otherwise
illegal. You must have express permission to use another party's copyrighted or
other proprietary material. We will not be responsible if you use another
party's copyrighted or other proprietary material in violation of the law.
Limitation of Liability.
We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential
punitive or multiple damages, including without limitation any damages resulting
from loss of use, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of
data, arising in connection with this Agreement, the Affiliate Network,
Sharktoothgifts.com performance, performance of services or of any other
obligations relating to the Agreement, even if we have been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with
respect to this Agreement and the Affiliate Network will not exceed the total
commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply regardless of the cause of
action under which such damages are sought.
Independent Investigation.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS
AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY
AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT
MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT
OR OPERATE WEB SITES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO OR COMPETITIVE WITH YOUR WEB SITE. YOU
HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE AFFILIATE
NETWORK AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR STATEMENT OTHER
THAN AS
SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

AFFIRMATIVELY STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS SET FORTH
HEREIN AND ARE AFFIRMATIVELY INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AFFILIATE
NETWORK AGREEMENT AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS HEREOF.
